Summer Travels

Since we're both going to be all over the place this summer we figured this would be the best way to let everyone keep in touch with us. We will both have pretty regular Internet access most of the time so we should be able to update something every day or so. Both Rebecca and Nathan will be submitting posts, and you can see whose post is who's by the credit given at the end of each new post. Feel free to leave comments on our posts by clicking the "Comments" link. We'd love to hear what you all are up to as well, so please keep in touch with us by email! In the meantime, enjoy exploring the world vicariously!

This is a great idea - definitely worth the bookmark. Good luck, keep it updated, and Nate, avoid Darfur, K?

Hey, good to hear from you again Nate! I'm Tim, and I went to Culver with Nate. I'm definitely excited for both of you, and I hope the summer yields some awesome adventures. Keep me posted on what's going on. I've been keeping a blog of my own from recent trips (timntara.blogspot.com). Looking forward to hearing about your summer!

Hey Nate and Rebecca-

I'm a friend of Nate's from L'Abri in Switzerland. Lucky you to be traveling again! If you have a chance to stop through Huemoz in August (I forget, are you still out and about then?), I'll be there to welcome you to my new home. I'm being a short-term worker for a year before I start my Master's! Oh, I want to make sure you know that Kaedra Moore wanted to invite you to her wedding, but I'm not sure if she ever found your address and anyway you couldn't have come. She's a married woman as of yesterday though -- Crazy.

Nate,

Hey, dude, Zack Shaffer here, from SmackRadio at Sewanee. Remember us, hanging with Buddy, old Bunaps? Glad to have heard from you; Bill Puckett actually forwarded your link to me. My email is: zackshaffer@hotmail.com. I'm living close to Atlanta, now, teaching 9th grade English at a Christian school, North Cobb Christian. Pretty awesome. You have a place to stay if you ever come around there. I'm engaged to Hally, who just graduated from Sewanee this year. She's going to GA tech, and the plan is, God willing, to be wed next summer (June 2006). Praise be to God for all His goodness to me, and to all of us! I hope you're getting some awesome Holy Spirit filling in your life and your travels and with Rebecca (I'm sure it'll be a real delight to meet you when and if I do, Rebecca). Take care, y'all!

Joy,
Zack Shaffer
